The Motherwell Campus football team, made up of sports students from the campus, has won a prestigious football league title.
Lead by coach and lecturer, Martyn Greene, the team won the British Universities and Colleges Sport Conference League after winning every game they played.
The team celebrated with an awards presentation in the campus, attended by senior staff members, fellow classmates and sports lecturers.
Individual player awards were given out on the day to team members who have been recognised over the season for their skills and dedication – including the prestigious Player of the Year award, given to Craig Dallas.
Lecturer, Martyn Greene said: “This Player of the Year award could have been won by several players as the standard throughout the season was very high level with numerous players consistently playing well.
“However, Craig was able to pip some of his team mates to this award due to his masterful skill level.
“Craig is blessed with tremendous ability demonstrating great discipline, balance, control and speed. He is one of the best dribblers of a football I have seen and he has been a joy to watch this season.
