Our ICT team is on hand to assist with any queries you may have.

Our ICT Helpdesk service is still operating and is available to provide IT support and assistance to all NCL staff and students.

If you have question the ICT team can be reached via email from 8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday - Friday. They will aim to reply to your query as quickly as possible, but within 2 hours during opening hours.
