Your funding payment will not be affected, and all payments will continue to follow the payment schedule which can be accessed via you’re MyDay account. All Bursary Maintenance, EMA and Discretionary Fund payments will be paid as normal.
Unfortunately, you have not received your payment as scheduled due to a restriction on your account as we are still awaiting income documents from your benefactors.
In light of the current circumstances, we will remove this restriction in order for you to receive your payment during this time.
Please ensure that you get these documents to us as soon as possible. You can do this via the document upload service on your online account.
The payment will go into your account on 14th April 2020.
If you have any further enquiries, please contact SAAS via their website: www.saas.gov.uk
