Modern Apprenticeship in Digital Applications Support

The Modern Apprenticeship (MA) in Digital Applications Support comprises two parts - a work-based qualification and a college-based programme designed to suit the needs of the individual business. The work-based qualification is carried out in the workplace with candidates providing evidence to prove their competence in their work related tasks. The evidence of this is gathered and assessed using an online portfolio system. The college-based programme uses both industry and educational qualifications to create a bespoke course which meets both the business needs of the employer and provides a clear progression route for the apprentice.
