This course covers a wide variety of subjects within the Social Sciences including Psychology, Sociology, History, Geography, Politics as well the key core skills of Communication, Numeracy and ICT.

As part of your study of criminology you will study, for example, crime scenes, crime in the community, forensic psychology and the history of crime and punishment as well as such diverse topics as the Scottish witch trials.

You will also have the opportunity to complete a specialist study project in an area of particular interest to you.

Although most of your course will de delivered on-campus, there may be an element of on-line learning.
