Employability Skills Courses

Working with Skills Development Scotland (SDS), NCL deliver a range of courses through the Employability Fund.

These employability programmes are as varied as they are exciting – some recent examples are students renovating a community centre in Coatbridge, putting social media skills to use in a Motherwell contact centre and working in security at Celtic Football Club.

With a strong focus on work experience, the Employability Fund lets us respond to the different needs of each individual, while adapting to employer demands locally.

Applicants must meet certain criteria, including being unemployed and aged over 16 years-old.
