Our hospitality team is sizzling: student Emma Grant was named Rotary International’s Young Chef in April 2016, while many of our students have travelled across the continent to represent their college. Our state-of-the-art training restaurants – MLOne in Motherwell and Taste at Cumbernauld – will give you a flavour of fine dining to set you on course for a career in the hospitality industry. Budding chefs or Maitre D’s can choose from a range of courses from introductory programmes to degree level.
