Get hands-on creating tattoo flash sheets, original illustrations, self-published zines and sticker designs while exploring contemporary creative practice in our studios and digital labs.
Experiment with drawing, Adobe Creative Cloud and specialist Riso printing to turn ideas into work you can print, share and be proud of.
Whether you're already making art, looking to get back into creativity, or trying something completely new, this course welcomes students from all backgrounds and experience levels. If you've got enthusiasm, curiosity and a willingness to get stuck in, you'll fit right in.

Entry
Entry requirements for this course include:
National 3 or above English
A keen interest in Visual and Creative Arts
Please note:
You will be required to submit a small portfolio of your work. This can include examples from school work and a range of personal works which demonstrates your own skills and interests.
Entry will also be subject to a satisfactory interview
Candidates should be enthusiastic and keen to try new methods and approaches to art and design.
Learn
Throughout the course, you will work on a wide range of projects including: character development, graphic novel creation and tattoo design.
You will gain experience using a variety of materials & techniques and develop skills in the following areas:
- Research and Investigation
- Drawing
- Illustration
- Paint, Print & Mixed Media Techniques
- Digital Software
- Sketchbook Development
All materials and equipment will be provided for your studies, subject to eligible bursary requirements.
We’ll help you build a creative portfolio which showcases your talent and takes you on to the next step of your journey.
Additionally, you will take part in collaborative projects and exhibit your work at the end-of-year exhibition.
