No, the strike action is due to take place in colleges throughout Scotland.
This strike action is as a result of a national ballots which were undertaken by the EIS-FELA union which represents teaching staff.

If you have successfully completed your student funding application and received email confirmation that you are fully enrolled on your course, your funding and bursaries will not be affected on strike days.
Yes, all Campuses will be open.
College buses will be operating to and from campus as normal.
Yes. The independent Firtrees nursery on the grounds of Motherwell Campus will also remain open.

We would like to reassure our students that we will make every effort to minimise disruption to your learning. Students should contact their lecturers to find out if their class is running and for any other issues.

All new students go through an induction period at NCL in their first month and we are confident we will be able to minimise the impact on students will face.
ASOS is 'Action Short of Strike' and this is currently being carried out by college lecturers who are members of the EIS-FELA union. This action means there has been some delays to some students in receiving their results.
We are working to ensure all students receive their results as soon as possible.
If you are continuing at New College Lanarkshire you should have received an unconditional offer already.
If you are planning to go on to University, they should advise you what you require to progress.
If you are going into employment We are collaborating with the relevant qualifying bodies to ensure you receive the qualifications needed.
