ARRIVEDERCI! Student Wins Italy Trip 

 

NCL catering student Chelsea Brown went to Italy after finishing joint runner-up at a UK-wide culinary competition. Chelsea won the NCL heat of the Italian Salumi UK Contest at Coatbridge Campus before taking on students from Edinburgh College, Cardiff College and Blackpool College at the SMEG flagship store on London's Regent Street. All four finalists earned an all-expenses trip to Italy as their prize. "I'm a lot more capable than I thought," Chelsea said. "To hear them say nice things about my dish and have it win was really encouraging."
