NCL’s development of Dental Healthcare training programmes in China has been recognised for innovation by the China-Britain Business Council.
The College has been shortlisted in the Innovation for Education category in the China-Scotland Business Awards, the only China-focused business awards in Scotland.
Going up against the University of Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Edinburgh College, the winner will be announced at a Chinese Burns Supper, in partnership with the University of Glasgow, on Thursday 30th January at the Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow.
NCL has a number of partnerships in China which involves the joint delivery of programmes in Dental Nursing as well as online training and opportunities for staff training and student exchange.
Hazel Scott, International Manager at the College, said: “We are delighted to be shortlisted for this award for the second year running, which demonstrates the benefits of investing time in building and strengthening relationships with our Chinese partners.”
The China-Scotland Business Awards celebrate Scottish and Chinese businesses which drive trade and collaboration between the two countries.
