Overview

This course is ideal if you are looking to undertake a career in Early Learning & Childcare. It enables adults returning to study, or students with few or no qualifications, the opportunity to gain entry to further Early Learning and Childcare courses. Topics covered on the course will provide you with the underpinning knowledge and the skills and qualities needed for working in an Early Learning and Childcare context.

 

Entry

Motivation, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in working with children. An interview is part of the selection process. You must also provide one suitable reference.

Please note to be eligible for this course you must be 16 by 31st October 2025 due to health and safety legislation.

Your place on the course will be subject to a satisfactory PVG membership application, due to work experience opportunities on the course.
