This course is for learners to embark upon a program that is popular, engaging and will equip them with the knowledge, understanding and skills required for a career in the hospitality industry, specifically related to professional cookery and hospitality. The course is designed to ensure that learners experience a realistic working environment and consists of both professional cookery and hospitality related activity, delivered in industrial kitchens and a modern training restaurant environment. The course is designed for anyone that strives to work in or develop their skills in a professional cookery or hospitality orientated environment.
The course is a City & Guild group award qualification; Level 1 Certificate in Introduction to Culinary Skills.
