A partnership for better homes

New College Lanarkshire and Sureserve Energy Services UK Limited have today announced a ground-breaking strategic partnership designed to transform skills development across the region.
Sureserve is a market leader in making buildings more energy-efficient, safer and warmer and this agreement will help ensure the workers are in place to ensure homes across North Lanarkshire are ready for Net Zero.
The comprehensive Memorandum of Understanding establishes a collaborative framework focused on delivering high-quality learning opportunities, developing a future-ready workforce and creating measurable social and economic value for local communities.
Under the partnership, New College Lanarkshire will provide a diverse portfolio of education and training programmes including Modern Apprenticeships, digital learning through The Learning Well platform, accredited upskilling opportunities and, where possible, full degree qualifications. Sureserve Energy Services UK Limited will make strategic investments in approved study programmes, viewing this as a direct investment in workforce development and long-term business growth.
