Overview
This course is an excellent opportunity for students to study and prepare for a career in a Professional Hospitality role within the diverse Hospitality Industry. The qualification is designed to ensure that it equips learners with the required, knowledge, understanding and industry related awareness, rerquired to work withing the Hospitality industry. This course allows students to undertake a wide variety of tasks and activities associated with a Professional Food & Beverage environment, masters the skills of food & beverage service within a range of styles and establishments. Reception, Bar service with mixology and barista service is also a key feature of the program and activity is undertaken in our ML One training restaurant, which is open to the general publi and licensed. Learners on this program have the pportunity to apply for and be selected for work placement opportunities abroad, and additionally opportunities to take part in local and national Hospitality orientated competitions.
Entry
A Hospitality orientated course at SCQCF level 4 or 5 desirable, , however the ability to undertake study at this level would be a requirement, we would establish suitability at interview.
