College data, such as emails and Office 365 content, can be accessed on tablets and mobile devices.
To keep this data secure and to comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cyber Essentials laws you will need to enrol your device in Microsoft Intune. The Intune Company Portal app is available from the Apple App Store, Google Play and the Windows Phone store.
With Intune, your college data is encrypted and isolated from other activity on your device. The app keeps your personal and college data separate. You can remove your college data by removing the Company Portal from your device at any time.

Now you have enrolled, you can access your College emails by installing the Outlook app from your app store. Simply sign in with your College email address and password, following the instructions on screen.
You can also install Teams, OneDrive, Word, etc on your phone/tablet and sign in with your College email address and password to access your College data.

Details for college-owned devices are the same as above with one exception: a list of all apps is reported to Intune.
College-owned (corporate) devices connect automatically to the corporate wireless network. Apps, such as Office apps, are pushed out to corporate devices. Your personal and college data are kept separate on a college device.
You can also sign in to the Office apps on your phone to access Office data in OneDrive, OneNote, Word, etc. Sign in with your work email address and specify a PIN/fingerprint for app security.
