At New College Lanarkshire, Strategy 2030 sets out a clear shift in what success looks like. It is no longer enough to focus only on qualifications and student outcomes. Our ambition is to improve lives, strengthen communities and tackle the deep-rooted inequalities that exist across Lanarkshire - including health, poverty and access to opportunity. We are stepping forward as an organisation that does not just respond to challenges, but actively works to change them.
