IOSH Managing Occupational Health & Wellbeing
Overview
This course is designed to provide managers and supervisors with tools and techniques to improve health and wellbeing across their organisation. By ensuring they can manage health risks, understand their responsibilities for health and wellbeing and manage fluctuations in people's health status and assess fitness for work.
Times for Day 2 of this course is 8.45 - 12.45
The Cost for this course is inclusive of VAT, learning materials, registration and exam fees. Please note that this course can be funded through the Flexible Workforce Development Fund. You can find out more about FWDF here.

• the types of personal or health conditions that affect fitness for work and how to assess and manage their impact
• what wellbeing is, how it adds value to the organisation and how to promote healthy lifestyles and positive mental health to enable a healthy workplace culture
