Professional Cookery and Hospitality - Level 5
This course is for applicants to study and prepare them for a dynamic, popular, fast-paced and exciting career within the hospitality industry. This path gives students a realistic working environment and offers a good foundation in professional cookery and hospitality.
No formal qualifications required. Most importantly a desire to learn and a passion for food and drinks will support your application to ensure success at your interview. We also welcome mature students wishing to re-skill or pursue a career in professional cookery or hospitality.
The kitchen-based tuition includes preparing and cooking dishes, breads and pastry products within our realistic teaching environment. The restaurant-based tuition includes a range of food and drink service styles to reflect on current industry.
