The HNC Hospitality Operations Programme (1st year degree) will equip you with a wide understanding of knowledge at a supervisory level. The content of the programme will be linked to industry standards which will promote employability within the diverse Hospitality Industry. 

The programme will not only enable you to achieve a HNC group award but you will also be accruing credits towards the HND Hospitality Management award.


External candidates would be required to have a minimum of 1 Higher at a C grade or above, alternatively external candidates would be considered if they have significant and appropriate Hospitality Industry experience. 

SCQF Level 5\6 Hospitality and Professional Cookery would also be considered for entry at this level of study either by external or progressing candidates. 

In addition to the entry qualifications/experience, the motivation and willingness to learn and embark upon a career within the Hospitality Industry is essential.
