The content of the programme will concentrate on a variety of management-related subject areas and is closely linked to industry standards and working practices, utilising the knowledge and understanding gained at HNC Level.


Candidates would be required to have completed a HNC Professional Cookery or Patisserie programme, in order to be considered for the HND Professional Cookery programme - Year 2. Motivation and a willingness to learn and embark upon a career within the Hospitality Industry is essential.
