Overview
This course is a perfect one for anyone that has a passion for pastry and would like to advance their knowledge, understanding and skills. This programme builds on the skills and professional practices developed in Pastry Chef (Level 6). You will acquire new skills in the supervision of people and develop an understanding of the role of a junior manager/Pastry Chef in a hospitality orientated environment.

Entry requirements for this programme are as follows:
- Pastry chef (Level 6 )
- City and Guilds Diploma in Professional Cookery Level 2
- Professional Chef (Level 6)
- Or relevant and appropriate work experience
- Success at competitive interview
