Overview

It’s estimated that 1 in 3 people born today will develop dementia. This course is designed to help you take control of your future by understanding how to protect your brain health.

You’ll explore the key factors that affect how your brain works, including nutrition, physical activity, mental stimulation, sleep, stress, and everyday lifestyle choices. Using clear, evidence-based guidance, you’ll learn how these areas can increase or reduce your risk of conditions linked to dementia.

This course focuses on practical steps you can take in your daily life. You’ll develop simple, realistic strategies to build healthier habits, improve your wellbeing, and support long-term brain health.

By the end of the course, you’ll feel more confident making informed choices that support both your mental and physical wellbeing.
