Learn

The learning and teaching on the programme is structured around core strands central to today’s sound production landscape.

Students engage deeply with the tools, technologies, and creative processes that define modern music production. You’ll explore how sound is crafted, captured, and manipulated across a wide range of genres and settings.

The course also focuses on Electroacoustic Production and Music Industries Studies and Cultural Research. You will work closely with both NCL staff and visiting lecturers—many of whom are practicing professionals in sound and music production—and gain opportunities to connect with key figures and networks across the industry.
