Overview

This introductory course, run in partnership with NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde's Restart Project, offers a unique opportunity for individuals living with severe and enduring mental health conditions to explore creative writing. The course is designed to foster self-expression, build resilience, and enhance self-belief through structured writing exercises and supportive group activities.

Participants will engage in various writing genres, receive constructive feedback, and work towards creating a personal portfolio. The program emphasises personal development and recovery, aiming to provide a greater sense of hope and accomplishment.
